The prices of the BMW Z4 Coupè - 01-26-2006, 12:14 PM

Public Autobild - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER (attention: the prices given from the German reviews are medium of 10% more bottoms regarding the Italian lists).

- ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER (265 cv) will cost 38,900. As parameter of I compare, Four Audios TT 3,2 coast 39,900. The BMW costs therefore 1.000? in less. Sure, the BMW does not have the integral traction, but it has 15 horses in more, hung 100 kg in less and has an advantage of 0,7 second ones on the sprint from 0-100 km/h. _ tarando on the price Italian of the TT, the Z4 can cost around 42-43,000?.

- ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER will cost instead 55,900. Taking the Porsche Cayman S like comparison (58,529), the BMW turns out to cost 2.700? in less. Sure, it has an advantage of 48 cv and 0,4 second ones in the sprint, but hung nearly 100 kg in more and has one disadvantage of 25 km/h of speed max because of the limiter. E' also to see the street behavior of the Z4M regarding the Cayman, than from this point of view has entusiasmato all those that have tried it. Approximately, the Z4M could cost around the 60,000, in Italy.

They are expensive, seem's like they are trying to bring this model to a much higher status. Especially if they want to compete with the Cayman S. I guess there isnt much else to compare with. Performance should be enough to sell a car like this, and the look... well im already sold on that.

I dont know if I like the Mcoupe better than the Caymen.....But the more I look at it the more I like it. We will have to wait and see the difference in tracktimes because the Caymen has that mid engine advantage, but the Z4 has the power advantage.

The price is pretty good and 60k is a perfect figure. Prising it alot higher would make it enter the price territory of the coupes of all coupes, the 911.
