Well, thats respectable that you see that as a good call. But as any BMW enthusiast worth his salt knows, BMW uses its engines across the lineup. The inline 6 engine lineup is found in the 1 series, 3 series and 5 series. So the very moment the N54 came out it wasn't hard to guess it would go into the 1-series and 5-series.

So Scott is able to predict the easy predictions that practicly any BMW enthusiast can call, but can't really give us any information with the hard predictions.

Well I have to say its refreshing to read Osnabrueck's posts. He clearly has the ability to use logic to come to his own opinion rather then blindly following the crowd here. I loved his post asking basicly why would an insider leaker basicly reveal that he was a leaker if his job was to actually create leaks. Doesn't make sense on any level. Add to the fact that his leaks are usually far to vague or mostly flatly wrong, that messes up the 'viral marketing' theory.

Either way, this conversation is going nowhere, I think the people who are able to use basic reasoning and above average IQ to their advantage already have their conclusions about Scott, and the rest of the sheep will continue to follow. So is life I will go back to my lurker status

you'll be pretty happy with the end results. One of the nicest/aggressive/balanced BMW's I've seen in a long time. I really do sincerely mean that.

Btw, the naysayers were saying that NO WAY would BMW but the same engine in a lowly 1series. Putting the identical engine from a $51,000 535i into a $34,000 compact didnt make sense.

What I find more convincing is how does he manage to know what color a car will be presented in. Do you guys think he guesses 1 color out of 13 and luck out every time? NO! Like I said, maybe he's just a supplier or maybe he really is the big shot of marketing.

Either way. He knows more than YOU (not you onehots2k, I meant the board in general). That means you have something to learn from.

Back to the Z4, I feel bad that you guys have to wait. It can't be that much longer, I can't wait to see it in a different color

Generally, I prefer not to see leaked pictures of new releases, to preserve the discovery of the car's beauty presented in a beautiful shot.

But you know what, I almost pray that there will be leaks of crappy pictures of the car, with poor lights, and that they will spread across the internet, giving a bad image to the car.

It would be a good lesson for BMW.
