The wrong 2% include: - slightly different headlights (a bit taller + stylized "'brows"),

- also the front license holder is more prominent - eating deeper into central air intake)
- the lower side line is less horizontal but more curvy towards the rear arch
- hard to see, but the side gills also look a bit off in this res
 | That is also intended to look like the M version, what with the air intakes on the bonnet. | | | | | Devotee

I'm not in the loop for this car at all, and not about to go back through 60 pages (sorry). For some reason, I think this PS might be closer to the real thing than the red one, especially looking at the headlights. Opinions?
Minus those sidemirrors, sigh. | | | | | Advocate

I remeber EnI and Scott talking about snake eyes for the F01 when we started to see the first test mules (first post on the first F01 spy shots thread).
Was the initial F01 headlights design similar to the one that will feature the next Z4?. | | | | | Contributor

That dark thing on the red CGI is just a shadow.
Regarding the shape of the grille, air intake, front bumper, rear bumper, headlights, tail lights: outlines can be clearly seen in these pics here: http://www.germancarzone.com/338098-post556.html
Enlarge the pics, and ... voila! | | | | | GCZ's High Court

I might be wrong, but i don't think that's a DCT gearbox. | | | | | Contributor

Deja-Vu.
I will repeat myself again.
No one has come close to the final outcome of the Z4. Either over or under exaggerating key details and in that case I am happy because you do not know what you are going to get.
You can only imagine by looking at the computer generated images that you have some sort of idea what you think the car will be .
