Looks like it it also has some deep character lines....this time it seems the flow of the lines is very organic...very promissing.... I just hope it has some nice, aggressive headlights ... IMO look of the current Z4 suffered from its less than optimal headlight design.  |

Great to see that the "Zepplin Scaffolding" lines from the E60 are being advanced further. The porportions and overall thrust of the character lines tell me that this is going to be a winner. And (dropping blood in the shark tank) thank God there's going to be a hardtop. About the camo - I think BMW could really, really stymie photographers if they used camo that had shaded gradient lines that intersect and mimic the appearance of character folds/creases. This camo, busy as it is, didn't work out all that great. I can clearly visualze most of the key character lines running the flanks and hood of the car. The design is already half-spoiled. By the way - Anybody know a halfway accurate release date for the E89?

| Re: Next generation BMW Z4 E89 - part II (first FEP pics incl. !!!) interesting, though it still does seem to resemble the Z4 alot! can someone tell my why this car still has a code beginnging with "E" as in E89? I was under the impression that all car post F01 will be coded with "F"?
