X6 in Algiers
I m right now in Algiers/ Algeria I had to change oil to my bimmer yesterday at the official BMW dealer in Algeria and I found this (phone pic's)

I was thinking the same thing, but there is more:
- the Chrome is also specific for the 50i
- in the front the grill is also in Chrome (reserved for the 35d and 50i)

So maybe it is a 50i with the wrong plate (most likely) or it will be possible to retrofit the 35d with Chrome line, which sound like good news to me...

It just looks like it has the wrong plate. That's the 50i.

Yes, The 50i is the new TT V8, the 35i is the TT I6.The X6 in your pic's is clearly the 50i TTV8-Rectangular exhaust tips and the Silver/chrome front grille.All these are the markings of the 50i,unless someone at BMW is really trying to fake us out Thanks. PalBay

You guys read the plate? it says "BMW X6 XDrive 30d", not 35d. It could be the engine in the x5 30d?

Jade, did you get to see your beloved X6 yet? (at the auto show)
