Either they moved the license plate to another X6 or the power dome grows in size over time.  |

Kinda funny, went to the local dealer X6 launch event the other day and the boss of the dealer was saying something like "BMW don't call their cars Hybrid or other funny names" , he was referring to all BMWs having efficient dynamics that make them enjoyable and efficient.. i guess he didn't know of this X6 hybrid.. wonder what he'll say when X6 hybrid launches. |

        In July we brought you spy photos of the X6 Active Hybrid from the hot weather tests in Death Valley. The car had very little disguise and looked like it was at its final tests. Now X6 hybrid has been spotted in Germany with a big (nasty) scoop on the hood. We thought that it was just only on first prototypes as on the tests in Death Valley the hood did not have the huge scoop. It is most likely so that they can cover something. What it is we have no idea. We are quit sure that BMW will get rid of it. Just makes us wonder what is it for and why they did not have it on the X6 that was tested in a sunny Death Valley.
