Take pics of both 5 and 6, look closely and then tell me if the difference between those 2 is the same like by X5 and X6.

As much as you're right, i still think there's absolutely no need to feel ashamed.

Maybe the reaction would be like this:

Why didn't i wait a bit? But it's a long wait and X5 will do the job till this one proves it's worth all extra money over X5.

But to feel ashamed? Haha, hell no! When i get mine in March, i'll use my 1st opportunity to stop beside X6, holding proudly my head high and being proud to drive and stand beside Munich's finest 4x4...

As i've already said, judging by these pics, this will be my new car in 2010, mark my words. Maybe i'd feel a bit ashamed if i was in E53 next to this one, maybe, maybe...

Oh and i can't wait to step next to it and take some crazy photos of those big boys... X6 will be there saying: I'll never forget where i came from...

But when we put the X5 and X6 next to eachother there is quite a difference too I'd say:

Holy cow 16 pages of responses!! Haven't looked at all of them but seems everyone is in love!!

I'm kinda luke warm on it.

The body is sleek for sure, sexy, but the coupe like body with suv wheels & tires is throwing me off I think. It's almost like seeing a lamborghini with 60 series tires.

I think bmw just blew my mind again and I haven't recovered yet. I'll check it out that the show and make final judgments then. I have a good feeling I'll be singing a different tune.

Wow, truly the ultimate driving machine!

This thing is gonna blow away everything else on the road today... including the new X5.

This is my new favorite BMW for sure.
