Christmas is late this year........ - 01-10-2007, 05:12 PM

.......as I just finalized arrangements to pick up my X5 in Spartanburg on Feb7th. YeeHa!

I ordered it Dec 10, and decided Friday to do the Performance Driving School Option.

My order is for a 3.0, Monaco Blue w/Beige leather & light poplar wood, with the Premium Package, comfort access, park dist control, rear climate & heated front seats .

I will try to post an updates w/ pics once I return.

Congrats and welcome to GCZ!

The Performace Driving School is a great experience and definitely worth it (even if it is an option for the X5).
Check out my performance driving school experience for reference (http://www.germancarzone.com/showthread.php?t=5843 (My 6 Series Performance Driving Experience)).
Hope to see pictures of your new X5 and tell us about your driving school experience when you are back!

Thanks for all of the positive feedback.

NSL: I viewed your PDS thread and really enjoyed it. I have searched for other threads that are about X5 PDS stories and pics, but cannot find any. Am I just missing something, or can it be that no X5 owners have posted any yet? Thanks again.
