Found these pictures online:     I am not sure if it has been brought up before, but has anyone noticed that the navi screen is a little bit small especially for an SAV? |

Although i would like it to be a little bit bigger, especially because it's an SAV as you've said, i don't mind it at all. It looks good and it's on the right place!  |

I don't think it looks bad at all. It's good. I just wish it was a little bit bigger. Maybe I have to see it in person. |

In my opinion the photo shows the iDrive without the Navigation module! The E60 screen is also smaller when you don't choose the navigation! without navigation  with navigation  |

The navi screen on our E320 is also pretty small, but the print is readable. I've never had any problems with it, even when I am operating it without my glasses.  Don't worry about it, BMW engineers aren't stupid.  |

You are right Ree. THat's probably an X5 without NAV. Therefore you don't need the split maps and what not, which takes up a lot of space. I think for a car as expensive as the X5, NAV should be standard. |
