Even the back tells it's not an X5 M. The exhaust tips on the real deal are closer to the center. Have a look here:

Yes, we have some of those photos as well, but the ones we have seen from Palbay, for some reason the exhaust tips were not so centered.

Anyway...bottom line: it's not the X5 M

not at all, we sat on those photos for days, but then we kept getting those pictures emailed to us, so we decided to reply. We definitely said it was not the X5 M, but like I said, from the photos I have seen from Palbay, the exhaust tips don't seem so centered. I might be wrong, but anyway....

X5 M will have X6's front end fascia...

The official X5 M wheels are 20" like these.

Brand new X5 "M" pic's via LeftLaneNews.Got a good close up of the 6 piston front brake caliper.You can actually see part of the "M" gill if you look closely at the camo'ed side vent.You can also see the two turbo intercoolers on each side through those huge front air intakes.I took a couple of interior shots.....but the guy covered up the steering wheel and dash before he left the car ( well trained test mule driver).Maybe I'll catch a few interior shots before long.The car sounds wicked on the road.I followed this car for a period of time.....yes I'm a BMW Prototype stalker........I know the car is powered by the TTV8...but it sure has a much higher pitch exhaust note than the TTV8 in the 50i X6.I really believe BMW tuned the exhaust note to sound like a V10!!!
