I just found that the new X5 is available as a police car in Belgium.
The car has a LED bar and the 3.0 diesel engine (235hp).

I think, he means that the police car has absolutely no options like Xenon, Metallic colour, seated heats or anything like this!

Minimalistic in the way that it doesn't scream "police car" like the cop cars in other countires. The colour, decals and the non blue/red sirens makes it look like a company car for a medical company.

It has no Xenon!! When the X5 has Xenons, it also would have a headlamp wash!
