The most probable reason is that all "leakers" from BMW design studio went to vacations in August, so poor Huckie had to "design" new X3 on his own.  And he ain't a great designer at all.  | |

(ignoring the fact that the current X3 resembles nothing from the X5 though).. the concept CS just screws everyone's minds, it is a huge departure from the current Bangle era (moving into the NEW bangle era??) and people are stuffing both design cues into future cars.. The current X3, as bad as it looks, has had great sales for some reason, probalby no direct rival.. |
