You got that right. I have not seen an S80 around my area in years. The last time I saw an S80 was in India last month. LOL, I was surprised as hell.

This is still a very comfortable, respectable anti-establishment luxury car in my book. Some of the best seats you'll ever sit in and still safety in spades.

While that might be true, it also some of the most BORING looks I've ever seen.

I can see where someone might thing it is boring, but I'll take that over the sheer fugliness of some other cars in or near its price class.

Around that price, I don't think there is any car that I'd call FUGLY. I guess the other boring car for that price is the Lexus GS and that's also boring, but I'd still rather take the Lexus over this. In all honesty, if the Germans were off my list, I'd take the Infiniti M45, hell I'd even take the Hyundai Genesis over both Lexus and Volvo.

The S80 isn't that bad, I sat inside it before and it is a very comfortable place to be. The interior is well built, nicely styled and the quality is faultless. I take it over the Lexus for sure.

I am with you on that one! Surely more upscale and comfortable than a Lexus - especially the Scandanavian interior.

I like the s80. Nice-looking, but the interior is fantastic. I absolutely love these clean, zen, simple lines.

Only gripe is the rather poor integration of the GPS screen. But these screens are ruining the interior design of every new car (only Cadillac came with a really neat integration in the CTS).

Either you have a double hump, or the whole dash is ridiculously high to wrap around it, or it is a moveable, hence poorly integrated, screen...

But that S80 interior looks fantastic, as long as the screen is hidden.

I've sat in the S80 before. I'm not saying it's a bad car, all I'm saying is that it's boring inside and out. There is nothing exciting about that car, it's just very dull.
