Audi TT roadster: take a sneak peek • Computer-generated images of Audi TT roadster • Convertible models likely to cost from £27,000 • Power from 197bhp 2.0 and 247bhp 3.2 V6 Our expert computer artists have lifted the lid on the new Audi TT Roadster, which makes its first official appearance later this year. Using the recently-unveiled Coupe as a starting point, our computer artists can show how the convertible will look. The drop-top will be unveiled at the Paris Motor Show this autumn, and with prices for the coupe starting at £24,625, it's likely to cost from around £27,000. Besides this entry-level 197bhp 2.0-litre model, the Roadster range is sure to also come with the 247bhp 3.2-litre V6 for around £31,500. While first deliveries of the Coupe are expected this October, the earliest you'll be able to get behind the wheel of a Roadster is next spring. An estate, of sorts, based around the Shooting Brake concept, will then be added to the range in 2008. Smaller-capacity petrol engines than those at the car's launch, as well as diesel engines, will feature in all three lines. Source
