As a M6 owner I wouldnt care if I lost against a M3 around a track, at least the M6 is faster in straightlines.

Its an free option for RS4.

if you read the test they mentione it. You can read it in Sportauto, just go to your store.

Does it really matter? As I remember it you were never intrested in tracktimes.

Weird that facelifted SL55 got the same laptime as M5, also the difference between Z4M and Z4 3.0 isnt that much, weird.

Weight is everything especially around the track. Why do you think the M3 CSL is still so much faster than the RS4 V8?? Heres a tiny hint: WEIGHT!!! There is nothing more important for track performance than weight, and second is tires.

BMW M3 CSL -------------------------------------------- 1.13,5 min
Audi RS4 (V8) ---------------------------------------- 1.15.8 min

And why do you think the E46 m3 is quicker around this track than the M5...
It certainly isnt power.

BMW M3 E46 ---------------------------------------------- 1.16,3 min
BMW M5 E60 --------------------------------------------- 1.16,5 min
