I dont think so but Im not 100% sure. If its without R-tires its very doubtful C63 is going to have R-tires in the supertest around N-ring.

Maybe so. That would be in line with SA's previous statement that the r-tires don't make that much difference with the M3.

The time for the C63 is 3 seconds faster than the one posted by Autozeitung (1:18.21 - 119.69 km/h - Mercedes C63 AMG).

that's only 0.7 secs faster than without R tires,shouldn't that difference be more.

R-tires today is getting better for streets. Years ago it was very dangerous when it was wet. Nowdays R-tires is getting better and better and more suitable for the streets.
Of course there are extreme R-tires but they are for racing cars.

In many cases (i.e. with many cars) that is true. Sport Auto did however say that with the M3 the difference was not that big. I think the reason why they make a remark of this is that this is unusual.

Years ago Aston Martin was tested by sportauto and the difference between R-tires and without R-tires was 2 seconds difference around Hockenheim. It need to be really dry and hot if the R-tires is gong to work properly.
