Was that a tuned CGT? coz normally SLR is faster in straight line than a stock CGT

Sl-R is faster in launch & the reason for that is auto tranny! Carrera-Gt is stick-shift, hence, it's a bit though to drive!

Imo, Carrera-Gt is better-looking & way more of a car than Sl-R & I'll take it over any performance Merc, anyday!
