Ok , lets get a chance to know each other's opinion about certain cars , lets here our opinions about the SLR McLAREN .......

they should build a lightweight version and offer either a manual or a seqventiell gearbox. Now its more of a GT cruiser rather than a supersportcar.

OK... in my opinion, it is a car that doesn't really know what it is. It tries to be both supercar and GT, which means that it really can't be the best in either class. That is not to say it cannot function reasonably well as either of them, but a bit more focused approach wouldn't have gone amiss. Then there's the looks, which are a bit of F1, a bit retro, a bit of this and a bit of that. Not bad, but not really good either.

To sum up: it is a good car but could be so much better.

Ok , so if so Mercedes is a lier for calling it a super car , right ?

Im not saying they are liers but the car weight too much and more comfortable than other supercars. Its their philosohpy how to build a supercar but I prefer Porsches way to look at it. You wanted our opinions and I hope you respect them even if you dont always agree

It's too luxorious for me as well. A supercar with that pricetag should be mid engined, have a manual tranny and be more hardcore imo. If it were like that Paris Hilton wouldn't have one

Well looks like McLAREN MERCEDES is working on a midengined supercar , lets see how this comes out , one thing I doubt it'll have a manual tranny .

BTW I dont know what I should vote for I dont love it but I dont hate it either, I just want it to be more extreme.
