  | An R129 SL has appeared in my garage!                And to think I had the SL of my dreams all this time sitting right in my foyer. She is about 20 years old now, I've had this little SL forever. Notice the time worn details. M

| Marcus, Marcus, ... I was so sure you've got a second car right now ! Fool me once, but you woun't fool me twice.  Classic Mercedes btw, still they are very expensive over here.Some of the photo's are quite cool! also why is your garage so dark?

| Damn…you fooled me too!! Thought you got a new car without saying anything before it arrived…already saw the photos of a R129 Final Edition in my mind…  Great little model though, with a real classic colour…

| I had the very same model as a kid, only in dark grey (BTW, did YOU choose the color?). Loved it. I played a lot with it, did some upgrade to make it drive better (removed bits of platic from inside the front wheelarchs so that it could turn and drive)... and ultimately it lost a wheel, then another...  Definitely not as solid as the 1:1 car!
