Yes I know, but if you go to the first page of this thread there is a picture further down of a grey one with stock bumper and it also has those openings.

Also I went ton the AMG site and saw that the S Class has those openings but not E and C Class.

Hot on the heels of the newly revised standard SL, we can now show you pictures of AMG’s top-of-the-line SL65. Powered by a massive motor and given subtle exterior treatments, the new SL65 AMG is sure to set fans raving and foes fearing the mighty Mercedes.

Official details aren’t yet out, but the word is the SL65 AMG will be powered by a twin-turbo V12 generating 612hp and a mind-bending 1,000Nm of torque, no different from the previous generation. The recently leaked SL63 AMG uses the new SpeedShift MCT transmission, but the last iteration of the SL65 AMG made so much torque it had to use a different transmission from the rest of the line, so it’s possible this generation will do the same.
Appearance is not everything, but with an army of horses Genghis Khan would be proud of under the hood, it is something to consider. And the new AMG models don’t disappoint: new aero body work and special side vents - most likely to allow more efficient cooling of the brakes and under-hood elements - combined with darkened bi-xenon headlights and other tweaks to make sure the AMGs stand out. I don't see any differences on the outside from the SL63?? The quilted leather on the inside, uh...ok.

The only differences I can see are in the the 63 the lower front bumper is black and also the arms that extend from the Star are black, makeing the 63 look more aggressive.
