  | I happened to see the new Z4 today, while I was at a red light today. The Z4 had foreign plates and was comming out of the local port, so most probably it was italian  Anyway, the design is very slic and the car feels very low to the ground, but it failed to excite me as must as the previous Z4 the first time I saw it. The previous Z4 was more extreme, and I know it's not political correct to say this, but it was much more masculine, too! Anyway, the Z4 is a very nice roadster, but now that I saw it in the flesh, I think that I'll stick to the past!

| Spot on PHYBENZ. Very hard to tell from those pictures which it is (I'd say the black or grey roof is not original BTW). The model is called Amazon in Sweden and some other markts. Great car. Very beautiful. What 164 did you have?

| I had a 1971 164, manual 4 speed of course. Absolutely loved that car, but the transmission went and so did the car. The shape though was a classic, the last design before the volvo boxiness.
