I saw a 599 just whizzed pass me today... I didn't take a picture because I was looking away at the VW showroom, until my dad told me the 599 was right under my nose.

It looks great but at low revs you really can't hear anything.

To be honest I haven't been out too much lately because I have a lot of school work at the moment, and exams coming up so need to revise for them!

Hopefully after that I'll go to London and see a load of nices cars, and add them to this thread!

A Prius as a Taxi!!! I think this is the best machine for all the city driving Taxis have to do...


...I saw today some nice cars (no pictures, because I can't take photos and driving a car - no multitasking skill! G 55 AMG, G 500, Maserati Quattroporte, Alfa Romeo Brera (and Brera Spyder) - the design of the car is great, but the interior and the extremely high seat position (I tested the seats at a dealer) are not very sporty - , a new Daimler and two Touareg W12! (no Ferraris, nice Mercedes or sth like that. )

Saw a white 997 GT3 yesterday. Didn't have my camera with me though.

OK... today was officially THE day that a camera would have been handy.

I was driving home after picking up my girlfriend... typical drive, we were having a conversation when all of a sudden I hear this gorgeous symphony... it literally sounded like a F1 car.

So while talking I turned my head towards the sound and as I realised what it was, about 50 m in front of me, I stopped talking and yelled "Holy <bleep> <bleep> <bleep>" !

There she was in full view, a silver Vermont-plated Porsche Carrera GT in all its wonderful glory. Now I've seen it before @ car shows... but never on the road in action. I was speechless... I followed it a few blocks until the guy pulled a garage a few blocks before I got to my place.

I had to change my underwear once I got home!

Carrera GT Damn, I've never seen one at the road - thank you for sharing your impressions.

I forget that I spotted a new facelifted Phaeton yesterday, too!! Looks great! The LED lights under the headlight gives this car a modern look and the design is more conclusive!
I really hope that the Phaeton will get a better request now!
