Firstly, he isn't talking about the F13 6er cabrio, but about the GT variant of the 6er. 6er cabrio will have Hofmeister Kink, and 6er coupé and GT too for that matter.
Secondly, Scott said that the Hofmeister won't be in the C-pillar on the 6er GT, but will be a part of the door design.

So relax, every BMW will have the BMW trademark design elements in one way or the other
