I know for what's this car perfect for:

to be a mobile luxury gas chamber / electric chair ...

For terminating all the most notorious white-collar Chinese criminals.

****

Really, that logo-copying, not to mention copying of Emily ... It's disgusting.

Those people have no pride at all.

Or is this a kind of a parody? Showing mirror to (Chinese) human nature: due to Chinese tendency to admire everything looking like coming from the West. Therefore all the copies, and fake brand look-alikes.

All post-communist nations still suffer from lack of values. Communist regimes have completely deconstructed value system, and therefore all the post-com countries know to do is mimic the West. Or even copy it. Meaning all their new system is kind a fake & phony. Not being based on natural (social) progress, but only an application of some (for them) unknown system. A no go.

Nations of wannbees. "I like that, I wanna be that. ASAP. Instantly - with minimal input & effort."

Of course the West want them to shortcut - since the soonner they acquire Western system the better (for the West): new markets, and new business oppurtunities.

Imagine all the world being capitalistic & developed ... No country left to assimilate / develop etc ... No country left to exploit. An impossible situation.

After Asia ... what's next? Africa? Again.

This world is mad.

****

Interesting fact ... Despite greed being one of the deadly sins in most large religions, the greed still rules the world. Opium for masses? So the few on the top can rule & enjoy the privileges? Who knows ...

If the African nations have not gotten their acts together in a couple of decades they will be the next place to go. The problem today is that they are so far behind the modern and developed world that they can't be regarded as a market for anything other than labour. The sweat shops will move to rural Africa where 17-19:th century social structures and developement will found a great foundation for cheap labour. Their only chance is to form an African Union under some sort of totalitarian regime (communism will do) and thereby creating their own closed market.

*shudder*

This forum feels like a hooligans meeting after a lost soccer match... What is more pathetic, the Chinese making copy of product for which they make 90% of the parts anyway or VW-Audi churning out the same crap over and over with a different badge and different pricetags ?

This is unbelievable.....at least they won't be selling that bullshyte here in the U.S....at least not for a long time.

The logos are really pathetic. First Japan, then Korea and now China....just can't design a damn thing isn't at the very least "influenced" by someone else....at worst blatant copies like this mess.

That would probalby the best thing, to stop all this: But maybe we were living in clay huts again…just looking at the battery of my mobile phone - "Made in China", "Design by Apple America, produced in China" etc…I mean, even those very West companies are producing in China right now!

That is the problem. For some reason some believe that everyone should be able to afford everything. All should make about the same, regardless of what you do. Therefore, the cost of simple labour skyrockets and subsequently, prices does too.

Practically everything is now made in China. From American brand tennis racquets to Swedish Scuba gear.

Go easy on the Chinese hey? There are always two parties to any relationship. It was the greed around increased profit margins that saw western capitalists invest in Chinese productivity. If the west has shaped the image of consumer products within the Chinese economy then they can't possibly be blamed for immitating the most desirable and successful products on the market.

Japan got the same rap - blooming Far East copy cats. Then they started innovating and doing things their way and the rest of the 1st world elitists turn around and scoff at the possibility of anything Japanese being worthy.

China is the emerging global super power - in some years time I'd imagine that Chinese-made cars will be as credible and acceptable as the Koreans are today.

This is just a phase, China will mature and grow out of it as it becomes more globally-aware.
