SAAB 9-3 Aero XWD faster than 997TT in slalomcourse

According to Saab that is

120 meter long slalomcourse.



Mazda 6 MPS - time: 8.07 min, end speed: 91,7 km/h
BMW 330xi - time: 7.66 min, end speed: 93,4 km/h
Porsche 997 Turbo - time: 7.17 min, end speed: 110,2 km/h
Saab XWD - time: 7.02 min, end speed: 100,1 km/h

Of course they were! I would understand it if it beated the 330xi, but the 997TT?

PS. I read an article about this car in the greek CAR magazine and they said that Saab's XWD system is not something surprising, but for Saab, with no 4WD systems before, it's quite good!

when the new Mini came they tested the mini against a 996 GT2 in a slaomcourse and the Mini beated the GT2
