1. There are not 2 sun visors (Like on my E55). On the E55 I like how I can put my sun visor down, swing it to the side and still have another small one, so I don't have to flip back and forth.
This is actually a very good point which I didn't realize while using my S.

2. No illuminated door sills. It's retarded it didn't come stock. It adds so much class to the car.
Again a valid point. For the price he paid I would've demanded atleast a standard illuminated door sill. I can understand when the normal 350's and 500's don't have it but any AMG without it is just wrong.

3. There needs to be more short cut buttons for the Command System.
I don't exactly know what hes talking about because IMO the COMAND III offers a great experience. It's extremely easy to use and more importantly very efficient unlike the iDrive in the M5.

4. When I open the sun roof visor, it opens automatically. It doesn't close automatically... I hate that. I also don't like how the back sun roof for the pano-rama is not automatic either. The back sunroof doesn't open or close automatically, so I'm left holding the button down while I'm driving. It's weird to me that all the windows and sunshades in the back and rear go up and down with the push of the button, but the sunroof visor does not close automatically.
This is even a peeve of mine. I really don't know why Mercedes thought it would be better to keep it so that while closing its only manual rather than automatic. Even for the rear roof cover it works both ways with manual so its really frustrating when you have to keep your hands on top for something that shouldn't have been.

5. There is not enough storage compartments. When I drive, I like to have my cell phone, wallet and other small things up front where I can get to them. After I put all my stuff in the cupholders, there is no place to put other things or drinks.
Initially when I read this I couldn't disagree more, but now that I've though of it, its actually a very good observation. The thing is that in the entirety of the car there is a lot of stowage space, but for the driver its incredibly limited. Its only the two cupholders. In the center console sits the telephone base so there really isn't room for anything else. And for a driver to keep the essentials all away in different compartments would be incredibly irritating.
I find them quite adequate although I don't use them as Americans are generally accustomed to. I would be using them something like once a month.

7. I wish the engine sounded like a V12, not a V8. To me it doesn't sound amazing.
I don't have an S65 unfortunately so really can't comment.

8. The nightvision is to hard to use. No one in there right mind could possibly drive and look at that thing at the same time. To me it's completely worthless. The only cool thing about it is showing it off to friends and family.
I think the biggest problem with Night Vision is that people are unaware of the way to use it. It's not something you should use to watch and drive rather use only on highways that too with just split second glances every 5 minutes or so. People think that this is a complete visual when its just an aid.

9. On the Multi-button steering wheel, I like to leave the menu on the "Audio" section so that I can browse through my ipod or radio stations. Every time I re-start the car, it's back on the first menu. If you turn the car off and get in it later, it should stay at the menu you left it at.
This is a valid point. It's just these small things that are there which make the car slightly imperfect. LOL
10. There needs to be a shortcut for radio pre-sets on the dash, not in the computer menus. It's a pain to use the control knob to browse through pre-sets. What's the point of a pre-set radio station if you have to go through a bunch of menus just to get to them?

11. I'm not a big fan of the rear-back up camera... To me, the camera seems like it's pointing down to low. I know it's a good to have it like that to see if there is anything on the ground, but I still wish it was pointing a tiny bit higher.
This is what I love in the car. IMHO its incredibly near perfect. It gives you a very accurate impression of where your car is and where its gonna end up. It's very simple and intuitive and I just know that the auto-park in the Lexus is crap compared to this by looking at the different reviews and videos on the net. It's very simple, with the yellow showing car turn direction, blue your car in a straight line, and red the edge of the car. I think the owner should realize it needs to be slightly angled downwards otherwise the purpose of the cam would not have been achieved as its more to reduce blind spots right behind the edge of the boot.

12. Mercedes famous brake dust.
Honestly, I don't know what hes talking about. Maybe its an occuring issue but atleast I haven't encountered it yet so don't want to comment on it.
Overall, I feel this is a very good unbiased POSITIVE review of the car. I really don't understand why either side (BMW, AUDI) (MERCEDES) should get happy or sad since these aren't any major issues and/or extremely bad reviews since the person did buy the car didn't he? All are very valid points if you would ever go and sit in the S then you would notice them yourselves and then realise that it wasn't really about starting a war/fanboyism.
