  | Re: Mercedes W220 S-Class Station Wagon Conversion The "station wagon" part of that W220 S-Class is so S210 E-Class estate!  IMHO though, it doesn't look that good. Sorta destroys the graceful lines of the W220. And I recall reading something in a magazine which stated that an S-Class estate would flop. People who buy such cars are generally happy with the big trunk space already offered by the S-Class. Also, if they have a family and an S-Class, it's likely that they also have an M-Class or an E-Class ESTATE in their garage for exactly such "family purposes".
