I gave up a panorama roof and rearview camera in the process but gained 4matic as part of the deal cos I had to have the AMG package and the only one available for that deal was the one I got. Also helping me in the decision was the fact that I got an 'extra year' of warranty by buying new (a +/- $3000 savings) over a used model. Warranty starts from date sold as new ... a used one usually has a year or so less.
