Guys, Rolls-Royce MotorCars Ltd is a part of BMW Group.
Meaning de facto RR exterior chief designer Mr. Djordjevic (as you know he de iure left RR to set his own design bureau, but still working on RR projects) & RR design boss Ian Cameron are under the command of Mr. Bangle (BMW Group design chief) & Herr Vollath (chief design strategy & advanced design) - but the BMW AG Board o directors has the final word on designs.
So, as you know BMW moved away from one-design-different-sizes strategy, and set individual design for individual model lines. And same philosophy / strategy is used in RR case.
Meaning:
Baby RR (Silver ????) will not be just a shrunk Phantom.
Yes, there will be some typical RR design cues which will be shared with Phantom line - eg. Greek temple grille, Emily, suicide doors, "Bangle-butt" rear, side character lines / swooshes, waftability line etc. But overall design will be different, individual, independent, and much more futuristic. And much more sporty: lower-but-wider grille, shallower greenhouse, more steeped front etc. Again: mind the Bentley design paradigm shift with Continental vs. Arnage. And expect something similar with Baby-line vs Phantom-line. Or like my sources said: "To get the role of baby Rolls right imagine Phantom being a 21st century commuting device for 20th century monarchs, while baby Rolls being a 21st century CAR for 21st century leaders." (Btw, when I asked did that mean babyRR would also come with Hybrid or even Hydrogen variant, a shiny grin was the answer. Whatever that means ...

)
So ... Is this CGI any close? I don't know. But from the info I have I can say it looks a bit too much Phantom-ish (design details!) to be close to the real deal. IMO (based on what I was told).
