When the W221 first came out there was (at least supposedly) a leaked chart that showed a "S600 CDI" with a 6.0L V12 diesel with 500hp, but there has been no mention of it since. That "leaked" document was right about the S65 and S63, which could have been lucky guesses though.

That's pretty strong manual tranny if it can handle 1000 Nm. I wonder if the production version will have it.
