Well, I hope it's much better than 200ms. I heard that the BMW 335i changes gears in 100ms(the auto trans of course). The DSG has a superb shift time of only 8 ms when the computer has the right guess for the next gear (usual). R-tronic is fast (I drove it on & off the track for a while) but it's hard to tell how fast in ms. I really hope your 200ms range is a guess, and a wrong one
