Great photographs and nice review!!!! Can't wait for more stunning photo reviews…and I really love the lightning on the photos. Just perfect to show the LED elegance of the Q7!

It's amazing to see your photo skills growing from thread to thread…you will definitely become a real good photographer – maybe you will able to make money with your skills!!

Thanks. Want the high res version 3008 x 2000?

It was actually very simple to take. Just make sure you're in an area with some exterior lightning for one, but in this case it was the Q5's overhead cockpit lights which were the real "givers of light" in this case. Setup the camera on the tripod and adjust it to suit the lighting conditions. It was still pretty dark so you want a long exposure time. I used a shutter speed of 10 seconds and an aperture setting of about f16 if I remember correctly.

Here is the complete data from that photo from the exif file.

Ah, there it is! I used a shutter speed of 6 seconds and an f13 aperture!

Taking a lot of photos per day isn't really the issue. In my experience the best way to improve your photography skills is by applying techniques and experimenting / being creative with the camera and various settings. Don't always go by the book! You'll be amazed at how many photography books tell you that for certain weather conditions you will need this and this type of setting for the "perfect photo". To me that's all BS since if you use different settings the photo might turn out more interesting etc. So just keep practicing! I am still learning new things everyday!

Would be funny if we could take some pictures of the "inside" of that place - for "a magazine" of course. We work for Playboy or something.

Thanks.

Have not driven the GLK yet, but Pekka has. I believe he posted a review of the Q5 vs GLK in General Automotive.
