This is a predictably good looking Audi - but it also does nothing for me. I'm sure part of that has to do with the fact that I detest this vehicle's existence, and the other part has do to with the fact that SUVs are no longer a positive extension of any premium brand's product range. The Q7 addressed the issue 5 years too late, and that was enough. The Q5 has no message to spread it from the pack of mid-market premium SUVs. It's just empty filler in Audi's product range. If this was 2003 it would be a different story - but this is a jaded age we're living in for 'utes and the Q5 brings nothing exciting to the table with it's boiler-plate Audi styling. On its own, it's quite attractive. Although I have to agree that it looks rather crummy without projectors. Not unlike BMW's - just blows the whole thing. |

The front looks like your average boring Audi, but the back is looking really nice I must say. Much much better than Q7. Overall, nice car. |
