Indeed... it's pretty obvious actually. Just look at how the glass is intact on the side of the impact,..and also how well the sheet of metal has folded up against the tree.

Actually, looking at it again, the first picture has the tree 'in' the rear seats...but look at the second picture and it looks like the tree is now in the front seat.
