F599's engine bay is nice but doesn't compare with the beautiful, artistic and futuristic forms in the CGT's engine bay. Even the longitudinal location of the pushrod suspension is masterful! Love it. So, how 'bout that an engine bay that looks better than the car? Porsche Carrera GT.
Zonda's engine bay is a bit too olde school Italian for my tastes - too much chrome. Oh and by the way Bruce, those aren't chromed cylinders - those are chromed inlet plenums (airboxes if you will) and manifold ducts.

It was hard, but in the end it was hard to ignore the CGT. Followed closely by the Zonda and I mean really closely. The LP640 engine bay is way hotter than the gallardo, so I wish that was used.
But is just me or do Veyron, R8 and Cgt have really similar looking bays?

Carrera GT I also really love
The Enzo and Ford GT do not really appeal to me, I feel they look a little too mechanical, which Is what an engine Is, but I believe an engine bay can have character.
Great post, and I agree with you about the Enzo and Ford GT.. Thay should have more charisma about them. The Zonda, Porsche GT and Veyron engines are really nice works of art and could be displayed in a museum and stand alone art pieces. -None the less this poll is very tough one. I`ll have to think about which one I like the best.
