I apologize. 7.3 AMG I meant overall. It can be personal or a dream car.

Oh Yannis....let it out. Say the truth. Say that for the price you paid you were mad that it didn't come with RWD or Quattro. you are mad that Audi didn't give YOU quattro

Negative thing: too expensive because I can't afford any of them!

NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. That's fine.

Gaskets, oil filter and oil plus "shop supplies", $70-$80 max, the rest (~$240) for a half hours worth of labor!? What's up with that?
There are not enough competent people to work on these cars. Lots of people who are dying to work on them saying they know what they are` doing, but in the meantime they are just fumbling around learning as they go, not to mention charging for all that learning time too. And enjoying the playtime.
Can't say much that is negative about the car though since I bought it because of the way it is. You could say that no power steering, no ABS, no ESP, no AC, or other new fancy things would be negative, but to me they are all positives. I guess the one thing would be that I don't think it would be very comfortable driving across this continent with my current car though, wheras I believe I would not have any problems doing so in a 996 or a 997.
That is why, for the most part, I like to do all of my things for myself. It is unfortunate that the guys that know how to do techinical things, are the guys that are certified at the Audi, BMW, Porsche, etc., dealers. It is really sad that, once they have reached this golden 'ceritification' that they can charge you $300 to do something, that if you had the manual, you could.

Honda S2000 - 2000 model year

My dad had one of these fantastic sports cars back when we lived in Washington state and it was a car he had his eye on for a long time. Finally he was able to purchase one and my overall impression of the year and two month ownership is the car was fantastic but had it's faults (yes faults )

It's a shame i can only list one , most people might say the torque load of this car was it's main problem, me and my dad only found it to be a problem in heavy traffic, but where we lived (Port Orchard, Washington) a small town with just 7,000+ residents and little traffic the car was fine. A long overall trip from Washington state to California revealed once into heavy traffic (Walnut Creek, California @ dinner time) flipping with the some what notchy gearbox (opps another one ) to get the torque was somewhat annoying. However the torque load is not my main problem, it is the interior. Fantastic design and ergronomics, but some of the actual peices are less impressive. In particular, the carperting around the main console which looked and felt cheap, some of the plastics a little cheesy and lastly the speakers for the sound system were postioned right beside your knee so everytime you layed your knee to relax it rubbed against the speaker blocking the sound (thankfully, this problem was fixed in the 04 model)

I could list more problems.. but you only asked for one
Karma for you, for following the rules. Look, go ahead and list as many cars as you want. The point is to make you pick a car that you truly love and force yourself to admit one dark secret that you don't like, and would really not want to say. This is not meant as an argument but as an experiment to see how people react.

7.3 AMG, I love the S2000. If I could have one, I think I would, at least for a while. It is unfortunate that the car is low low low on torque. I also don't like the radio and the way it is done. I think Honda and Acura have a couple of more years before they can catch up to people like Lexus. Nevertheless, the cars are nice and well done.

Yeah agreed on that, the radio in the S2000 was quite terrible, overall it lacked the depth and bass i expected

More on the S2000 i disliked:

-The plastic rear window on the 2000 model wore out very fast

-Trunk was unacceptable, a Gallardo must have more trunk space

-Notchy Gearbox, noisy clutch

As for some of the other vehicles i'd like to list:

Personal Experience:

Lexus GS400: at times the brakes felt clumsy and overworked

Lexus LS & SC: steering felt disconnected

BMW E34 540i: pretty much everything about this car was great, except for the reliabilty (had big problems it was an older car though) and the petrol economy

SLK350: Some of the interior parts dissapointed me

BMW E39 540i: Didn't feel as sporty as i thought i would

Dream Cars, already listed the Zonda on pg2

Again, not from personal experience, but from the countless reviews i read)

Carrera GT -Snappy Clutch

Murcielago - Lacks the driver connection of others, weak brakes

Wiesmann GT - High price tag, lacks the feel of 997 Carrera S

If i think of any more i'll post

Well, my '01 A4 1.8TQ is a great car but it's starting to rack up the miles- pushing 90,000 so I am starting to see the reliability issues people talk about in german cars. Even with regularly scheduled services, some problems keep arising. Lately, every now and then, my engine has been shuttering while idle and than I will lose power to my steering and brakes, so I have been weary of driving it until I can get it to the shop, and I just had a full service a month ago!?
