Hell the most prestigious luxury brand would have to be Rolls Royce.

Those are all Luxury brands. One doesn't have to make luxury cars to be a luxury brand. Semantically speaking, the Saleen S7 is a luxury car, because it's really, really expensive.

One could legitimately argue that Bugatti is the most prestigious luxury brand, because it's vehicles are amongst the most rare and expensive.
