Dave, you live in New York?

I went there on Friday, but didn't get a chance to upload the pictures over the weekend as I promised.
Like I mentioned before, I spent most of my time on the MB (I'm an MB fan ) and BMW stand (I like BMW's and they were next to the MB stand )

Artist, I took a bunch of closeup pictures of the S65, as I showed you in the S65 picture thread.

I swear I was like a kid in a candy store (like the MB commercial ). Everytime I started taking pics of one model and I turn around and see a better model. I couldn't stay in one place LOL.

First I seen the facelifted E-Class. The facelift did improve and refreshed the E. There was a prefacelifted E on the stand and you can really tell the difference.
Loved the E63, CLS63 and CLK63. I thought they were all certainly an improvement over the previous models. I also liked the ML63 and believe it or not, the R63. They're really impressive and muscular in real life.

The S65 is indeed the best looking S-Class so far. I also checked out an S600 and was surprised to see it unlocked. People took turns to get into it, and when my turn came and I closed the door, it was the quitest interior I've ever been in. All the noise from the outside was shut out. The seats were the most comfortable seats I've ever sat on.

The kid in the driver's seat was like "This is beyond exotic" LOL. I also sat in the driver's seat and tried COMAND III. It was really easy to operate and I think anyone, even computer illiterates will master this system. I was so into it, I forgot I was at a car show untill someone knocked on my window LOL. I liked how the controller knows when the menu selection has ended.

I checked out the BMW stand next and sat in the M6, M5, 760Li, X5 4.4i and a manual 330i. I loved them all and it reminded me of my old days as a BMW fan

The M6 and M5 were just jaw-dropping. The 760 was really comfortable in the backseat. Didn't wanna get out of it, but people were waiting for me to get out LOL.

Porsche didn't have that many cars on display. Their stand seemed smaller than every year. But the Cayenne Turbo S was there. That's a really impressive SUV if you ask me, looked mean. It would really be hard choosing between it and the ML63.

I also went to the Audi stand (but my memory stick was full by now) and seen the new TT and the Q7. I liked the new TT and think it's way better than the previous model. it looked fine to me, I didn't dislike anything about it. I also liked the Q7, it will certainly take a bite from the competitors.
The S8, S6 and RS4 were there too. I'm really starting to like Audi more and more.

I know we don't have too many Japanese car fans here, but I also checked out the Lexus stand and seen the new LS600H. I thought it was a good looking car and it will certainly be a success in the U.S.

I also liked the new Camry, especially the hybrid Camry. I think it will be even better than the Prius.

These are the only pics I took. I only had a 256MB memory stick with me and I forgot to adjust the quality of the pictures so I could take more pictures

Enjoy!

I live in NY. I know what you mean about turning around every second to look at a better car I agree with you, Mercedes seats always seem to me ultra, ultra comfortable and supportive.

I didnt like Porsches display, to be honest. I dont think you could go in any one of their cars. I loves Porsches to death, but in all honesty, who the hell do they think they are?? I mean, BMW is letting people in M5s and M6s, Z4 Ms, and Mercedes is letting people in S65s, etc. And Porsche wont even let you get in a Boxster
