This happen in Sweden yesterday. Up to 100 cars in one collision because of fog on the freeway, apparently you could only see 50 meters.
My parents drive on this road everyday when they going to their work.
When we get fog here, I somehow think it's cool - it's very rare that it happens in metropolitan Sydney. Further in the mountains, it does. However, I'm sure that if we had to deal with it on a regular basis, and during busy periods on busy roads, then it'd become the hazard it is in Sweden and other places up there.
