The Phantom maybe, but the Enzo is not in production anymore. I think the reason they didn't include the Phantom is because it didn't make it to the top ten. I think it's slightly less than a Maybach 57 S(which is #10 on the list)

Why's the Maybach more expensive in Europe?

For the price of the Veyron one can even buy two cars from the list plus a Range Rover and and an S500. That's sick

I think it was 2003 sold as a 2004 model? It was limited edition and they only made 499 examples.

VAT + engine capacity-HP tax + import tax (if it's the case) + luxury car tax in some countries.

We europeans pay at least 2 taxes, VAT + engine capacity-HP tax, at least, 4 at most.
Don't forget, that convered we pay 4 to 8 USD/gallon, the average being 6 to 6,50 USD/gallon.
