Monster in Top Gear Australia

I just came back from almost 3 hours of filming inside the Top Gear Australia studio, and my legs are almost broken. Sorry guys, they didn't allow any cameras inside the studio, so I didn't take any photos of the dark metallic blue SL63 AMG, or the metallic grey Porsche 997 GT2, or Top Gear Australia's own amphibious car, which was an Audi sedan with an outboard motor and a sail.

It was interesting to see how things work behind the screen, and how the presenters interact with each other off the screen. And to answer some one's question from another Top Gear thread, yes they do ask the '''good sort'' and "talented'' female audience to stand in front of the camera.

I am going to do a full write up by the end of the week, right now I am too tired and I got some other work to do. so give me some time.

Here is the wrist band/ticket we have to wear to get inside.

Re: Monster in Top Gear Australia

So, here is the big question: Is it as good as the UK Top Gear or not?

Unfortunately that didn't happen, perhaps I looked too scary so they didn't want to ask. I was standing on the 2nd row, right behind the hosts and the TV when they were doing the "News" and the "Celerity interview", so see if you can see my face on TV. They are going to air that episode in 2 weeks time.

Oh I remember that girl as well. Man she was smoking hot. Perfect curves in all the right places.

It was great fun for the 1st hour, but it wears off after 2 hours of standing. More about it later.

The presenters are actually really entertaining off the camera, so I blame it on their script. Those 3 actually get along pretty well, I guess the writers should give the presenters more freedom to be themselves. Short answer, NO. They still have some teething issues.
