Its extreme sarcasm....which is hard to convey from a text forum lol. But its funny how someone would judge the quality of a vehicle based on the "usefullness" of its manufacturer website.

most freakin' biased report ever..........the always have lexus at the top.........as
if they are a gift from god...........i bet you 10$ that they lexus payed them to get at the top of the survey.......................and audi and vw and mercedes at the bottam................thats mad!!!!1

I'm not suprised to see Audi at the bottom of the list. Their website if far from perfect, the fact that you have to have acrobat reader in order to see the specs of their cars just sucks. BMW does have a very nice website though.
