^ It will come on top technically yes, but the design and style award it will never win. I'm sorry to say it again Luw, but I must again conclude that the Panamera will not be a good looking car.

An E class an 5er are similar yet very different cars. Doesn't mean they shouldn't be compared to eachother....And in not too long, the BMW CS will be compared with these two cars too, and will end up being better than the Porsche and Aston combined

'innovative design' for the panamera? lol! More like the next VAG offering. I believe the next gen Pheaton was going to get the shape the Panamera got. Not anymore clearly, 'cause they swapped. But that's completely expected if you buy a car from Porsche/VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda/

Price segmentation:

Passat CC < CLS, A7 < Panamera < CS < Rapide.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Many people here say the Cayenne is super ugly but yet there are many happy owners who enjoy looking at it each morning when they go to work. Sales have been amazing as well

Speaking of the CS I'm under the impression that it's not going to be of the exact same breed as Panamera which is puts performance performance everything, hence the pop-up wing. The CS is going to be mroe luxury oriented with better fit and finish than the S, Panamera, A8 and 7er. A luxury car rather than a four door you can casually give some beating on the track like the M5.

Say what you like but Porsche is a greater car maker than Aston could ever hope to be -- I predict the Panamera will be the benchmark by which the Rapide and CS will be measured.

Think of CS as of M7.

So........will the CS have the characteristics of an M-car i.e less comfortable suspension than the 7er, screaming high revving engine, aggressive throttle response and very sporty engine mapping?? Better performer than the M5??????
