Ther 3er was brand new with 8 km (my salesmen had prepped it just for me before I came since he didn't have any manual/sport configuration for test drive).
Why though? Quote:

on the other hand..you could score a pre FL one for a good price when the Fl is out..
but like you siad.. butt ugly | That's the idea... I'm gonna see what comes my way a little later, hopefully that includes some better deals.
I'm also hoping '09 lease rates for the C will drop as well, since it'll be entering 2nd year of production. | | | | | Aficionado

FINAL UPDATE:
After many discussions and debates with various people, including this great place, my wife and I examined our needs for the next few years.
The result was that since we will be moving on the outskits of the city in the next year or so, we would need two cars.
Having already decided on the second, or should I say my wife's, car (VW CleanDiesel Jetta Wagon), I decided on the car that trully suits my desires and my preferences within a similar budget.
Thus my choice is: Quick Specs:- 135i
- Demo w/2000 km (max)
- Manual (pic shows an auto, but my won't be)
- Jet Back
- Coral Red Boston Leather
- Popar Grey Wood Trim (only "bad" part, I wish it was the silver trim but hey)
- M Sports Package (18" M rims, M steering wheel, M shifter, bucket seats, special roof liner, high gloss shadow line)
- Premium Package (roof, leather, Bluetooth)
The deal is signed, I made the deposit today.
The car will arive in July, it will be then demo'ed until late August... when I will pick it up. So right now the car has zero mileage, but the dealer needed a demo and I needed it to fit my budget (brand new would bust my budget by 80$ a month). If the car reaches 2000 km, it will be parked away awaiting my pickup.
So thank you all for your input and comments... and if anyone want's to know, I would have chosen the C300 over the non-FL 328i. | | | | | The Following 8 Users Say Thank You to siko For This Useful Post: | | | Devotee
