Damn shame to hear of his death. I think he sometimes came over as a bit of a prick because he was protecting the Boyd Coddington brand - who knows, you & I would probably defend our own names against things/people that you thought would dilute your life's achievements and the business that was born from it.  He developed a style that people either loved or loathed. What can't be disputed was the passion for cars that went into each and every one. The show was a fair degree of ShowBiz, but the results were beautiful examples of that genre of car. I'll miss him and his work. |
