Interesting what they say about the C Class interior. I have never heard so many differing opinions about the interior quality of a car.

'The C-Class is a machine with many strengths: among them, a superb ride quality and low noise levels. It oozes class, and looks solid and smooth and honed on the road. The dash and interior fittings are beautifully made and feel solid and expensive. It's a return to form for Mr Benz. More please.'

The Jaguar XF is far from being a "Limo", but I'm glad it won an award, anyway. I heard there are already 3000 Pre-orders for the XF in the UK, which makes it a successful car already.

Typical Top Gear...But can you blame 'em?

I will admit that I like their list.

The C-Class varies based on interior color I think. In typical German charcoal-bin Black the interior looks dowdy, but if you got a luxury model (here in the U.S.) the beige looks the part. I didn't find the car to feel cheap, but it doesn't impress visually in Black IMO.

Looks like the Top Gear boys can't decide between the Ferrari, the Audi and the Nissan. I am surprised Clarkson didn't murder anyone from the team when they decided the Mini Clubman as small car of the year, as well as the Civic Type R as hot hatch of the year. He hated both of them, but I guess at the end he isn't bigger than the magazine.

Biggest surprise for me is to see Clubman and Civc on a list. IMO Mondeo, Jaguar and Qashqai don’t deserve this privilege. Weird Top Gear boys.
