Great thread Rob.
I’ve always liked the Ford GT’s rear end too. Very retro, yet modern and mechanical.
I suppose I don’t have to post the
Zonda… but I will anyways:
Love the blatant symmetrical and mechanical theme with its extrovert shapes, etc.
Both the rear end of the
Wiesmann GT and
Porsche 993 Turbo also have rear ends which are favourites of mine. Both have the same road-sucking rear theme – almost like a hatch back – with the addition of flared wheel arches. Such a combination is common among 911’s, but it looks fabulous on any car.
Aston Martin Vantage 600:
Imposing and timeless.
Lamborghini Murcielago LP640:
Same basic reasons as the Zonda.
I also love the rear end of the: Carrera GT; Spyker C8; Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM and the TVR Sagaris. But as per usual my affection for supercars rules my posts; so now it’s time for more “down-to-earth” automobiles (not all..but..

)
Mercedes-Benz CL:
Love the rear end; classy, simple and somewhat retro.
BMW Z8:
One of my absolute favourite designs of all time – from every angle. The rear design is very well thought out paying homage to the 507.
Honda S2000:
Don't care what anyone says.. I love it.
When it comes to classics..
The
Bizzarrini 3500 GT Stradale is without a doubt my favourite. Conceived by Giotto Bizzarrini; the man who worked on the Ferrari 250 GTO. The inspiration from the 250 GTO is evident, but I think it looks even better.
Toyota 2000 GT:
