Somone in Germany please posts a copy to MB Headquarters. Make sure they read it and weep. | At which point they will pull out the sales reports, as well as projected sales figures for the fairly newly released SLK, ML and R-class, and laugh?
I don't think that Mercedes would be worried about this. Honestly, congratulations to those who won, but this is a relatively small sample, and not a very representative sample either. I suppose it wouldn't hurt them if their cars were more appealing to people who read car magazines, but I doubt it's keeping them awake at night. | | | | | The Photo Phanatic

JD Power uses around 50 thousand owners as sample for the initial quality survey. That is not a representative sample either cause only those who mail back the form participate? | | | | | Connoisseur

I would definatley trust thier survey, probably the most thorough! imo. | | | | | Devotee

If a so-called 'model offensive' only maintaines sales rather than moving them forward, then somthing is wrong. The last thing they should be doing is laughing. The E and C, along with the s-class, are their core product offerings.
I wouldn't say its a small sample, but it certainly isn't a representative sample. | | | | | Global Moderator

The winners were based on the readers opinions. If they read the mag they must know something about cars. Why read it if you not intrested in cars | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
