Ronin, was great, and so was Transporter, but after seeing TAXI with the 760, and the M3's and such, there were great chase scenes there! |

The chase seen in Ronin was ok. I heard that that "450SEL 6.9" couldn't have been a 6.9 since it handled too much like a standard 450SEL with a conventional suspension (450SEL 6.9 has a soft pneumatic suspension). There was an article written about this in a "Mercedes-Benz Classic" magazine, which I have at home.  A German movie from the 1970s, "Rheingold", has a nice chase seen between an ICE train and a 280SE taxi (W116) on the Autobahn. I thought it was highly entertaining.   |
