I actually like the rear.

Remember the early 1990s to about 2001? Opels from that era were boring designs that put you to sleep. The newer designs are fresh, exciting and dynamic.

This car is pretty "stylish" compared to some of the cars it competes against.

At 4.61 m it's not only larger than Focus but also than Vectra!!!

BTW Opel's head of design , Martin Smith, used to work for Audi for many years.

Gosh, I'm sorta surprised by how ugly this is. The new Astra hatch is arguably the best looking car of its kind, so you'd think all that good juice would be passed on over its sedan cousin.

I don't think this is a good "translation" over to the sedan format. The rest, of course, looks pretty sharp.

I like the gearshift, it looks like a concept car gearshift.

As for the rear? lets see Opel do a BMW and try and justify that the rear is a thing of beauty etc.
